Just over 2 weeks ago I meet this girl on a date. We have a ton in common and we are really hitting it off. She invites me back to her place and we bang all night. During the night she says I'm probably gonna want to see you again just don't get weird on me OK? I stay the night there and leave in the morning. A couple hours later I text here a little and then this happens: Me: I had fun last night, I hope you did too! Her: I did haha Me: Are you feeling OK then? Her: I was little hungover earlier but feeling better now. How was your day? Me: Yeah I was out of it earlier too lol Me: But feeling more balanced now Me: I'm just chilling at my buddy's house now Me: My left calf is sore haha

After that she never responds. 3 days later I say: Me: Hey girl how's it going

No response. She was having surgery in her uterus a few days later so the night before I say Me: I hope your surgery goes well tomorrow

Still no response. That was just over 2 weeks ago. We really hit it off and had great sex and I thought for sure she wanted to see me again. But after she asked me how my day was and I sent those texts was when she ghosted. I asked my friends and their girlfriends and they didn't see anything wrong with what I had said. The only thing I can think of is that I just showed a tad too much eagerness to make small talk and I feel like she got just a small whiff of neediness. Other than that I am just perplexed. I'm really into this girl and I don't know if it was a mistake I made or if she was just so preoccupied about her surgery. I dunno...I'm so confused...
