In my experience it's best to set the tone from the near beginning. Just say something like, "You're really cute." Don't dwell on it, but just say it, and then if she's like "Oh yeah," just pause for like one or two seconds, look her in the eye and say, "Yeah...but anyway," and go back to what you were talking about

Most of your approach should be non-verbal but there's no replacement for straight up telling a girl she's cute. IMO it will put her in a state, too, where she'll know what's up and also take your more ambiguous signs of attraction (like the hand on the back or the eye contact) as flirtatious and not just friendliness.

You know about kino, you know how to be attractive and you feel that girls seem to like you. But you don't want to bother girls with inappropriate approaches. You don't want to make them uncomfortable. You've seen other guys act like this and noticed that the girls didn't really seem to enjoy it.

But you're not them. You're not bothering them. You are different. Girls want men to act sexually. Girls love sex. Girls want you to make them want to have sex with you.

Just act the way you always act. Don't unbutton your shirt, don't start any latin dances, don't pull out your dick on a party.

But isolate the girl you like and make clear that she has the chance to have even more fun with you. If she wants to.

Make her feel that you're used to girls agreeing to this offer. Show her how confident you are that she will want to have sex with you, and if she doesn't, no big deal. It's acutally her loss, you were just offering. You're not needy. You're just telling her that you feel that the two of you could really kick it off. Let her imagine what it would feel like.

Be persistant. Isolate her and go for a lot of kino. Show her that you know that she will not regret her decision. You are being like this for her own good, after all.

You have plenty of hot girls available already, but you also know that she is missing someone like you. So, yeah, she can use your body if she really wants to, you guess.

I feel like you're exactly where I am. Much like you, I'm confident, well dressed, fit, I implement light kino in my conversations....etc. A lot of my female friends are attractive and the way I interact with them is a very playful/flirtatious vibe (many of them have boyfriends too). Because of this, I blur the lines between friendship or shit going down very often; I begin to question my judgment if I can even recognize attraction anymore, with my "platonic" friends at least.

Anyway, what I'm trying to say, and what I recently fully realized, is that its up to you to take it further. If it's with women that you approach, I find it easier to set the frame sexually (physically), and you know, escalate. The escalation ladder is pretty important here, get comfortable with taking your light kino and gradually (or not gradually depending on the implications/setting) move up from, maybe a light shoulder touch to emphasize a point, to touching more intimate places, slowing down speech, lowering vocal tone, stronger eye contact...etc. Escalation is pretty much how you can judge whether or not the girl is just playing around with you, or if she's putting her money where her mouth is.

Several people are suggesting to work on your eye contact and I'll agree with them. Tonality with your words helps as well as posture. Sure, the Kino will help you escalate but your composure and state of mind will set off vibes.

I read once around here to imagine your interests naked or what you'd do to them in the bedroom if given the chance. I personally like to emulate the popular Bond characters (Daniel Craig specifically) for how to compose myself. He oozes confidence and sexuality when around women. That's what helped me start framing myself sexually with girls.

Also learning how to dance. A little Salsa on the dancefloor has proven very successful for me. Hope that helps.
