Do you ever hang out with her, alone, in person, at your place or hers? Just do that and you'll have your answer soon enough. I suspect she is just teasing you given she says she won't sleep with a friend (i.e. YOU) and talking about sex with other men to a guy is usually a sign of disinterest; however, it's really easy to find out for sure, just get her alone with you and make a move!
