If they like you, they'll make it obvious. That's the general rule.

If they don't reply, either ask them out or message them once more and leave it to them to reply back. If they do, great. If they don't, who cares? You've moved on doing something else or someone.

Don't fall for the mind games or justify her lack of effort as so, people who play games aren't long term partners.

If this is the case, perhaps look at what you're doing. Do you constantly text? Text about random bullshit like she's a buddy? Come across as serious or a buzz killer? Do you tease her and have banter? Do you make her laugh? Do you leave it days/weeks to ask her on a date? Were they interested in the first place when they gave you their number?

What about when you approached them, was it natural or did it feel forced? Similar point to the texting about teasing, banter, making her laugh - did you do that? Was she giving you eye contact? Was she enthusiastic to give you her number or did she seem more monotone? How many times did you give her your number?

Just because she gave you her number, doesn't mean you've secured a date. Girls sometimes give you their number to make you go away.

Why are you over thinking king? It doesn’t get anymore obvious than that. Take the L and move on without putting any mental energy into it let alone posting an obvious question that needs no further explanation.

one piece of advice is ladies love a strong silent type. Less is more. Text girls only to set dates and do the rest in person and even then don’t keep running your mouth. Have some mystery and ask her more questions that aren’t yes or no but makes her think and elaborate.

One to one texts and if they don't text back never text them again. If they aren't putting in effort they aren't interested but can often become interested if they see your not chasing.

Yeah it's better to not text him as much. If they read the message and they take hours or even the next day to get back to you I would take that as a sign. Some people don't like to text and it does take them a while to get back to you but not 8 hours or the next day continuously. Keep your options open because there are plenty of girls who don't mind texting back and don't mind initiating the text

Your first interactions should be brief and fun. Not a conversation. Try to get a date as soon as possible since your chances of are much higher in person. Text will not help you stand out. If the conversation is fun. End it there. Don't give her all the power to lead the interactions. She should look for you and not the other way around because she probably has dozens writing to her. If she starts a conversation thats a more clear sign of interest.

In any case, not getting a reply after you say hi is pretty common. Probably 9 out of 10 if you are not Brad Pitt or a similar chad. Don't let that undermine your confidence and selfs esteem.

I have done it with that kind of girls, if they don't reply I delete their contact. I have 3 text rule if they don't reply after that, they are out.
