You can do this one of two ways:

The unethical way would be to pretend you want a relationship with her. Get her to bond with you and then take advantage of her and leave.

The ethical way would be to simply be honest and her you just want to fuck with no strings attached. Your chances of succeeding with this one is lower, but if you don’t want to be an asshole then you should do this. It sounds pretty manipulative, trading your pleasure (like she won't get hers) for relationship promise. Or maybe it is just her anti-slut defensive mechanism. You can go with something like "we are already in some kind of relationship babe, don't be greedy".
