This doesn’t have to be a big deal. I mean, isn’t everyone doing this to an extent on a first date? I would take a comment like this pretty lightly, and would make some kind of (equally light) comment that you’re doing the same thing.

If you're wanting head on the fourth date while driving out of state, then you owe them the respect of not wasting their time if that's nothing they're ever going to consider with you.

To some degree repeated tests is off-putting so maybe just ask her, cut to the chase because there isn't anything that I'm asking of you or that I'm going to make you do if you aren't wanting to.

Line yourself with the most extreme expectation that is beyond anything that you really expect from her. Surprise....she would.

Well you are in chasing mode because you are chasing. You should treat every date like an interview and not an opportunity to impress them so you can get in their pants. Would you hire some rando off the street to work for you and handle your company's money for example? So why would you hire some random skank to stick the most valuable body part you have in her without vetting her and learning everything about her? You have to interrogate them hard. They are interviewing with you for a job.
