Again, this is wrong because 1 it is insincere, and 2 makes the girl a feels like you are doing this with everyone aren’t genuinely interested in her and 3 takes value from them.

You are there not to make friends, you have approached her “because you like something specific about her and for that reason you want to get to know her.

That’s exactly what you should say to the girl. Make it about you and her, not about you and any random who just so happens to pass by at that moment.

Don’t bring your friend neither unless the girl is in a group. And if it’s a group, then don’t say we are looking to get to know people, say that you want to get to know an specific girl from the group. Your friend is just there to entertain her friends, while you hit on the one you like.

I'm a daygamer, I don't really do nightgame, so I'm not sure if this'll work in a nightgame scenario, but I pretty much exclusively do direct game. My go to opener is "excuse me, you look cute, I want to meet you". Unless I have something specific to say, I go with that, and it works.
