Yeah but I fucked up twice.

1st time in high school. I fucked up.

2 years later when I’m in college we start talking again. At this point I didn’t think I had a chance, but she said we should hang out. I didn’t think much of it because people say that kind of stuff but don’t really mean it.

I realize now I was an idiot but I also wasn’t in the best mental state at the time

Yeah I fucked up twice. This was back when I was drinking. The second time I saw her I asked her out again and apologized for the first date (months before) I was drunk on the date and she walked out basically

Anyway, she smelled booze on my breath the second time and called me out for it and walked away. The only reason we interacted again is because I'd see her at the dog park time to time and her dog really likes me and one day after ignoring her for months I talked to her again. I think that is what even opened her up to me again, is that I straight ignored her dozens of times

If it was now that I'm sober I think I could've pulled it off. But who knows

I tried but it predictably failed. When you fuck up with a girl early on then it's a lost cause imo cause she forms her opinion of you based on the limited interactions you ve had.

Probably the only thing that would change a girl's opinion is if she saw you with another attractive girl but at that point why not stick with the new girl?

Almost did last night but decided against it. Went on a date with my gym crush and she more or less politely rejected me after. We stayed friends as I see her all the time. Went out last night and somehow she happened to be at the same bar I went to. Almost said fuck it and went for it again but decided it wasn’t worth ruining a friendship over. If she ever becomes interested again she’d make it obvious I’d assume.
