The problem is men comparing themselves to woman, you really just need to focus on you! I don’t really date a lot of woman but I’ve flirted with alot the trick is not to be so desperate like a lot of men, don’t give her all your attention & watch how fast she chases after you. & if she doesn’t move on lol rejection is part of the game, problem is guys aren’t naturally themselves around woman, they act like different people then once they get the girl turn into a complete jackass.

This here don’t have any expectations or worry about the outcome. You should test women as much as they test us. Will always be a cat and mouse game. You have to keep your composure and have the mindset of indifference. Good with or without her

Complaining about the natural world is pointless. Its like yelling at a cloud to stop raining on you. Childish.
But at the same time I get it. Sometimes it just rains on the worst days at the worst times. It is fucking unfair that a man needs to become a CEO with a six pack and chiseled jaw line to have the same sexual power as a 22 year old girl who just isnt fat.
But there are other factors that go in our favor too. Namely ageing, we have so much more time than them to be attractive, to be fertile, etc.

It's like the elephant and the chain. They learn at a young age that the chain holds them back. They get big enough to yank it down but they never learn that they have the strength and they didn't even work for it. It's just in their power to do it.
Is the elephant lazy or do they just not truly understand their power over their environment.
You all are here because you want to see others break the chains and have escaped their programming. You don't even need to be the biggest, baddest, angriest elephant.

Depends on the situation but everything from good hygiene, to a well fitting outfit, to excellent body language, saying the right words, having a good attitude, displaying confidence and high self esteem, and probably many more things I can't think of at the moment.

Good hygiene isnt anything special. Thats a pretty low bar.
Well fitting clothes is a step up but still not that special. Requires a little bit of effort and action.
As for your other examples, that’s too vague and abstract. What is the man doing to achieve “excellent body language”, good attitude, confidence, high self esteem? I agree those are attractive qualities but what do men do in the practical sense to achieve that?

I think dating is difficult for me because I struggle with deep-seated anxiety, lack of social skills growing up, am different and uninteresting to most people, and thus don't have an interested audience. I also think I look blah to ugly in photos, so apps are a no-go for me.
I could put more effort into approaching and self-improvement, but the action I do take is quite far from "no action."

I talk to strangers when I go out. I try to practice flirting and dancing. I try to practice banter. I feel that that is all I can do short of relocating or driving long distances to find a good place to try daygame or pick up new group hobbies.
