Simply say hey how’s your day going and just focus 100% on vibe and saying what comes to your mind…… no filter, unless it’s extremely depraved….. then definitely say it 😈.

I’ve had the same issue happen this year as I’m getting older I’m pushing 30 now. Only I’m 5’7 so height used to matter before, but I think since I am more comfortable and confident now women can sense that.

I haven’t ever been fat, but there was a point where I noticed IOIs instead of just assuming “no girl ever flirts, they’re always just ‘being nice’”, so I didn’t know what to do.

What I did was just take the compliment that’s implied. “Damn, people think I look good. I must look good, then. I make this look gooooood” and just vibe with a bounce in your step because of it.

If you’re having a good day because of that, you should “celebrate” by going and doing something that get adrenaline going…like asking girls out. Even if you’re rejected, you still have previous IOIs to bolster your mood, so the rejection won’t sting as much. “Eh, no fuck…but I’m still hot tho, at least to me :)”

There are a lot of good videos on YouTube on how to do just what you're asking. I found that women YouTube "coaches" are a lot better than men. I watch YouTube channels called Marni your personal wingwoman and Joyanima, both offer excellent advice. Good luck and congrats!

As a guy who’s in a similar boat, minus the IOI’s, I will say you want to focus on yourself and what you are looking for. If you feel it inside to talk to them about anything that comes to mind, just do it. You lack confidence, but confidence is a flimsy state of mind.

Believe anything that makes you happy or gives you confidence. The mind is at our mercy with our thoughts and can believe them if we do this long enough. I had low confidence and a bad opinion of myself. What caused me to change is to fake my thoughts. Yeah, I feel like shit because I had my emotions cause my outlook. By thinking positive, imagining I am sexual, confident, and that I’m wanted by women allowed me to be a lot more willing to talk, voice my opinion, look at a woman’s eyes longer with a smirk and walk around with a positive yet care free expression.

I promise you do this, and start making a routine out of it, you will start to forget your body dysmorphia. It’ll be there, but won’t be prevalent ad by then, have enough solid experiences to know not to believe the anxiety.
