Hey buddy, M29 here! So sorry to hear about your situation.
My best advice is: go to a therapyst, they really can help (been there, still there).
Don’t let stupid dating apps trick you, real life is not as they present it online.
I had a lot of experience, girls feel often the same. Don’t loose hope and don’t be afraid to look weired.
Good luck and a hug from Italy 😉

I turn 27 this year and am having a bit of a crisis over the realizations that I'm too old to find a partner,
You're never too old to find a partner. I found a partner at 31. I know people who have found a partner at 70+. This is just a limiting belief.
I've tried so hard to find a partner, with no luck
Try a little less hard. Focus on being happy for yourself for a while. It's important to not let the chase of a partner become all-consuming. You have to have a good life outside of that.
I've maybe gone on 3 dates in 5 years and I'm just tired,
Then take a well-deserved break! Take a vacation or something. You deserve it.
I'm tired of the hit my self esteem takes when I cave and download OLD again and get 0 likes over the course of a month,
You should not use online dating apps as a way to decide what kind of self esteem you should have. If I felt that not getting matches was a reason for me to have a bed self esteem I would be crying in the corner every night. You can't base your self esteem based on matches. You can't even base it on a girlfriend. You should base your self esteem based on your self improvement in various areas of your life. Don't base it on the approval of women. Or even the approval of others. You only need the approval of yourself.
I just really dont know what to do at this point
Get therapy. Take a 6 month break from trying to get a girl. Read some books on self improvement. Learn or improve a skill. Travel. Take a vacation. Be social and build friendships. Run every day.

Great advice. I'll add my 2 cents and say OP should work on approach, but not to get a girl. Just say hi to people in passing to start, if that's foreign to you; and work your way up until you're approaching women during the day. Baby-steps. If you have the time, think about an extra job that gives you the opportunity to walk up to customers and ask if they need help, as that will hone your ability to lead a conversation and approach - two things that are beyond crucial for a man to know how to do.

Hey man I’m 27 to. Trust me we are not to old. If anything we are at the perfect age to find a partner. A lot of people marry young and a lot of people don’t. If anything I would recommend you not try so hard. Focus on yourself on bettering yourself on working hard on you and the things that make you happy and things will get better. The dating apps work sometimes but they are not the best you need to understand how to use them. They are a pain in the ass I feel you. And hitting on girls is a learning process. So you have to not be afraid of rejection. And repeat. But you need to be happy with yourself first. Trust me we are at a perfect age. Work on yourself get happy. Go to the gym. Go the psychologist. And you will see.

Thankfully the gym is the only thing keeping me from going absolutely insane, I go 5 days a week and it's my favorite thing

Some of us are in our 50s. Stop making excuses and get some therapy so uou can build self esteem. Had my first kid at 41, didn’t meet my wife till my 30s. You have time to get married multiple times and have kids with several women, 27 is a perfect time to get started on figuring yhis shit out.!!!
You have time! Enjoy it!

Don’t give up until you’ve read a boom called How to Be a 3% Man by Corey Wayne. By the sounds of things you’ve got nothing to lose. Get the book.

Use Facebook suggestions, Tinder is garbage demanding money, never give up. Also you are not 35-40+ to be feeling down, bro. Build up businesses, get into new ventures, more income and do whatever the fuck you want. You will find someone special, be openminded and most importantly, find a person with who you can get along, it happens on its own. That's a lot more crucial than some "interests" and "good looks".
Don't look at the losers that got hooked and married with kids at 20-23 who wasted their freaking lives already. Stuck in a bullshit job, to pay endless bills and that's it. They pretty much just agreed to be with the first person that they had sex with, it's a freaking joke.
Plus part of being alive and keep on living is comprehending that people will come and go from your life all the time, don't take everything extremely seriously. We are born alone and we die alone and we are all gonna die eventually anyway. Just have fun with it and don't let anybody tell you what you cannot or have to do.

First chill the fuck out. Fix your clear mental issues, start improving yourself and you’ll see result with practice, things don’t happen to you, you make them happen. Now get to work, there’s no time to be depressed, go kill it. And btw, real life for a man starts at 30. Beauty is for girls, go get into the gym, eat real food, educate yourself in the real world, improve some skills, groom yourself a bit, you’ll be above 90% of guys already
Thankfully my fitness is the one aspect I've been working really hard on, I hit the gym 5 days a week and am on a consistent high protein diet. The only thing I really need to work on is my finances

29m here turning 30 in may. Lost the love of my life some weeks after pendemic lockdown. Hat a horrible time dealing with it and coming to the realization that I don’t have done the work right now.. Still have 1.5 years until B.Sc and know that I don’t can handle a family right now. Unless I have accomplished my dreams. That’s my thought to this. Living the life and don’t think I will miss something if I can’t get a suitable gf again…

I love these posts from guys in their mid twenties who think their life is over.
It’s such a limiting mindset. Your 30’s will be a great time to meet women who are still in their 20’s, especially if you take care of yourself and have your shot together.

Love isn't just found online. If you are like me, then the natural approach or face to face is better. You can try speed dating in person, or have someone set a blind date up for you. The important part is having fun. Don't look to get married. These things happen when you are just enjoying the person you are talking to and then you both decide to take it another level.
If you aren't ready to date yet, then even just visiting clubs or meet ups will go a long way to increasing your social circle.
