I always test the waters with some physical contact. If she's not into you touching her arm, or thigh, or simply being very close to you, then she's not gonna want to kiss. If she's ok with that, she's most likely going to want to kiss you. Then just go for it.

Lean in slowly after getting her comfortable with casual / friendly touching. You should quickly get a sense of her "safe space" and how close to her face she allows you to be. Lean in just 10%. Does she move away? Does she back of? You can always test for these things subtly.

It's going to be our third date. Do you think it's a little late by now to kiss. She is 21 and i am 25. We went ice skating the last time, held hands and had a great time, but i didn't go for a kiss... the good thing is she already texted me that she is looking forward to our next date :)

Lead her to a street with warm lightings and good vibe. While she's looking into the view finder, just stand close and keep an eye on her. When she looks away from the view finder, look her in the eyes and compliment her, genuinely. Look at her lips for a bit and back to the eyes, see how she reacts and go from there.

When you go for drinks try to go to a place where you sit beside her. That way you can test if she wants to be kissed or not. If you can touch her arm, leg, etc and she’s comfortable with that and being close to you, that’s a good sign. I’ll usually do some drive-bys where I will talk in her ear if it’s loud and passing my face by hers. If she’s comfortable with that, that’s a good sign. Another one is to do a silly palm read, you can make up something funny but the point is to see if she’s comfortable with you holding her hand, that’s another good sign. Usually if I get two of these it’s go time. I either kiss her during a drive by, or when we get a next round of drinks, just cheers and kiss her.

When she's in the middle of telling a story, cut her off by saying "Real quick, before you finish that story....give me a kiss". By doing this, it brings some excitement, anxiety, shock into the date. If she hesitates or has a look of shock on her face, just tell her "I figured we'd get it out of the way right now" but say all of this with confidence. You have to play it smooth even if she says no or rejects the offer, then you just proceed by telling her to continue with her story.

P.S. since you asked HER to give you a kiss, you have to let her initiate the kiss but it's OK to grab her hand and bring her closer to you.

I always do physical contact first. I grab her hand to direct her somewhere, "want to go to that store?" Slighly bumb into her while walking. Play with her finger, "your bands are so tiny" I use this to grab her hand little by little. Then, while still holding hands I wrap my arm around her waist, and rest my head on her. Finally I just keep looking at her while leaning closer, slightly kissing her face until we finally kiss.

If it goes bad at any point either retreat and regroup, or if it goes too bad "Thank you, next." Until now that has worked for me.
