When I lived in my parents basement I used to bring hookups there all the time. Now that I’m a home owner I’m very specific about who I bring back, I don’t want you to know where I live lol. I’d rather smash in my car your place or a motel if I can help it. My current GF and one other girl are the only ones I’ve brought back to my house since I bought it 3 years ago

Instead of telling her to leave, just say you have an appointment or something and go for a little walk after saying goodbye.

I meet in public first. I live in a large (top 10 in US) city and own a home in a nice neighborhood adjacent to downtown. It’s a walk from any bar or restaurant i would take a date to. My crib is pretty nice and is a great place to bring dates if they’re down for it, so i do bring them here IF their energy is cool AND IF we both want to extend the evening (or if she wants to meet my dog lol). Nobody has ever tried to stay past their welcome and I act busy because I am busy, so the opportunity to stay past mid-morning is just not there.

If you don’t have a decent place though, it makes it admittedly hard. Keep it super clean and tidy, fashionable and functional. Anything less can and will be a turn off.
