Leaving the house to do anything will increase the number of women you come into contact with. If you build a routine around visiting a place you will get to know the people there. Whether that's a gym, a restaurant, a bar, etc.

I always build a connection with the bartenders in bars. It gives you someone to talk to so you're not pottering around alone. It gives you social proofing and if you find the right person they might even help you in winning over a girl

Step 2: assuming you're not a pedophile/flasher and just want advice on how to naturally encounter more women on the course of your day to cold approach: study for career development at libraries or coffee shops, get groceries more frequently, go do your hobbies that you can in public (reading, Netflix, etc can all be done at a park or bookstore). Just always keep your eye out everywhere you go and try to be out the house more often.

Also, the op way is to just live near a college campus and have a plausible reason to be on campus (maybe you've got a friend there, you're an alumni and still use the gym/library, you're just walking through, etc), or to shop for groceries and use coffee shops that are adjacent to that campus. College campus are daygame heaven and they really don't start getting weird to be at until your over 30.
