You’re not ugly dude.
Your issues are not with your appearance,
[–]Papa_Musk 8 points9 points10 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
you are too focused on looks, women can read your body language, that you're nervous, not confident and don't know what you're doing, try to focus on having fun with your friends and if girls come by or around you at the club have a friendly fun chat with them, focus on fun first and being a friendly outgoing guy, once girls see you are a relaxed guy having fun with their friends they will want to join in
you could also try saying hi to people on campus to increase your ability to be outgoing and confident, just keep working on your mental state and move the ball forward you will get there, stop investing in what other people think about you

I find your response interesting. Besides approaching girls, I usually get attention from them if I seem confident or I act like myself a.k.a having fun.
I remember one night in a venue where I was just dancing and enjoying myself and garnered a few girls attention that way.
Not only that but I think being charmistic helps as well.

You’re 18. You’re at your lowest market value. Chicks 18 aren’t looking in your direction at that age - they’re attracted to much older dudes (21-24 range). They offer more experience, resources, and their bodies’ are more developed.
Spend these next few years improving yourself.

I recently hooked up with a relatively younger girl recently who was a cheerleader in high school and based on the pictures/vids she showed me on her past flings, some of the women in your age range are into some hoodass dudes. A lot of drugs and a lot of clubbing and a lot of drama. It actually just seems tiring thinking about trying to get laid in that environment.
You are right about everything going on in the club or whatever. You will need an “in” and you’ll need to do a lot of social circle game, but dear god prepare yourself to be fucked up if you want to take this route.
If I were you, I’d stick to daygame and retain your sanity and your schedule since you are a med student.

Well it's good that you know what you want since it means you have good frame. A profound part of deep confidence is sticking to your principle and what you want out of life despite what other's say or despite not getting what you want right now. Additionally, it is a huge part of holding frame. You are who you are. Some girl's I've met and slept with who are more "hood" than me tried to bring me down to their level and want me to get into their lifestyle. It's not me, and I won't change myself even if I end up drowning in easy pussy. I feel like so many dudes pretend to be someone they are not just to get a shot at pussy. Thing is, you don't have to really deal with drama because it's all about escalation. She can talk all talk or act like she wants you all you want, but if she doesn't allow you to escalate, it means nothing.

Get a better haircut and invest in contacts. You also need to dress better. You look dorky to be honest.
[–]UrFoodMolestedMyNose 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
This. Investigate your head shape and what haircut would suit you. Just looking at you now I think you’d look pretty good with no glasses and longer hair say, up to your checkbones?
[–]RedEyeBlackEye1 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
not gonna BULLSHXT you around or give you platitudes speeches about "looks don't matter", or "you're a douchebag" scoldings, OP.
1) lose glasses, get contacts.
2) fix your posture, carry yourself with masculine swagger.
3) grow a 5-10 day stubble, keep it groomed, trimmed, and lineup the sideburnlines, cheeklines, and neckline. If that's not doing it for you, try a muscle goatee combo with long(just below earlobe) sideburns. **This look will frame your face, increase your aesthetics by 2-3pts, and give you a more hard masculine axx aura...that badboy fucboi shxt these hxes LOVE.
Now that the EASY PART is over, here's the hard part.
4) learn to make strong eye contact, smile, spark a conversation with ANY chick, flirt, kino, isolate, and Escalate.
Good luck

You're 18. A third of guys your age are virgins. It's no big deal. Gotta calm yourself. Plenty of time to have sexual and romantic adventures.
With clubbing... well, disco still sucks. Always has, always will. Too much of that music will rot your soul and turn you into a fashion victim. Just go to watch the boobies bounce, but don't take that scene seriously.

However, I feel like my main problem does not lie with looks but with confidence.
You are absolutely correct. Lookswise you seem at least average, but you come across as somewhat awkward in the photo. I'm guessing that was taken at a wedding or a dance of some kind, but you don't look comfortable or like you're having fun. Granted, that's just one photo, obviously drawing hard conclusions with limited information like that is inadvisable, but if that's a pattern, it's worth it to ask yourself why you aren't comfortable, and do what you must to alter that. One common problem, especially at your age, is being around people who also have hangups about female attention, as their negativity can easily infect you without you realizing it. That might not be your problem, but then again, it might be.
I really don’t know where to start, any help would be appreciated🙏
When I'm out, and I can feel my mood heading in a direction I don't want it to, I focus on making myself physically comfortable and altering the environment in ways that I personally find more appealing. If I'm in a conversation that isn't engaging my attention strongly enough, I'll move it in a direction that I personally find more interesting. Focusing more on your own enjoyment will make you more willing to take risks and will also make it easier to transmit a good vibe to the people you're talking to. Emotions are contagious.

Work on your body language, loosen up a bit.

your not ugly bro just smile more everyone loves to see a person smiling. Women are have less confidence then guys a lot of the time that's one reason they don't maintain eye contact. Going up to a girl joking with her in a nice kind way while making your intentions clear that you want to get with her will do wonders. Yea you will get rejected a number of times but you will eventually find women who will mess with you. Imo I would do day game beceause its a lot easier to stand out from the crowd of guys cause so many don't do it. Just walk up to a pretty girl , smile and ask how her day is going and always show intent like tell her why you approached her and don't hide your reason, you'd be surprised by the amount of girls who love the transparency.

The first picture with the suit is actually the worst, i wouldn’t put it at all. The ones with the body should go first although it would be better if they were more casual and less posed. Don’t wear eye glasses and try to use contact lenses. As for confidence you are right, you are the one who has to approach even if no girl looks at you. You are the one who has to start the conversation.
