Unless you like you are starving that's not the case (and your picture doesn't make it seem like you are).
[–]SlickRazer 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I’ve been told I look skinny. I’m just not sure if it’s bad enough to turn off 99% people in a romantic way.
[–]gbizzle2 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
No. It turns people off when you show that you care emotionally.
Girls always like to call me skinny but 9/10 they want me to fuck because they also like to flirt.
Its only a shittest and you're failing them. Stop giving a shit man. Its feminine to give a shit about things like that. Only women get anxiety about their appearance. Be the boss ass skinny dude you need to be and in the meantime EAT. im working on getting there myself.
[–]Evacipate628 5 points6 points7 points 4 years ago (15 children) | Copy Link
This is likely body dysmorphia. Look around, I see plenty of skinny guys with girlfriends all the time. The reason they have them is because they're likely more focused on adding value to the lives of others instead of fixating on their falsely perceived sense of inadequacy due to superficial physical attributes.
Females that are worth having relationships with don't care about how skinny you are, the size of your genitals, how much money you have, etc. They only care about how you approach life and the value you add to theirs. So get into the habit of thinking outwardly and the rest of you will follow.
[–]SlickRazer 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (14 children) | Copy Link
Whenever I look around I only see girls with muscular men or maybe slim muscular at most. Idk it’s just hard for me to get it out of my head. I’m very conscious about my appearance. Never wear shorts or t shirts. Make sure I’m wearing extra layers in every scenario I can as it makes me feel better.
[–]Evacipate628 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (13 children) | Copy Link
It sounds like you're only seeing what you want to or are only attracted to vain woman, maybe mirroring your own vanity? Do you really want a female in your life that only values you because you're "muscular"?
Flip it around the other way, would you be attracted to a female if she was so unconfident in her own physical appearance? Or if the only reason she sought to improve herself, physically or otherwise, was solely to attract you? And not because she loved and valued herself?
Females are pretty intuitive and they can sense when you don't love yourself and are only seeking their validation. When you do that, you're only looking to take something from them instead of add value to their life.
[–]SlickRazer -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (12 children) | Copy Link
I look at it like this. I’d never date a girl with the same build as me. I don’t find it appealing. Even if she did have a great attitude that wouldn’t change what I see. I hope that made sense.
[–]Evacipate628 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago* (11 children) | Copy Link
It sounds like your standards are too high and your outlook is immature and superficial. Plenty of females like skinny males so you don't have to date anyone that has your build, you just have to find a female that you finds your build attractive. Otherwise you're seeking narcissism, i.e. loving yourself vicariously through others.
Opposites attract, as they say. I see plenty of heavier females with skinny males. But if all you're after is "perfect 10s" then you're either going to be very lonely or spend half your life in the gym and end up in a loveless codependency with a female you have little in common with other than mutual vanity.
I'll leave you with this, the best and most long lasting relationships I've ever had with females are with the ones I didn't initially find extremely attractive but got along with great. Over time, based on how well our personalities complemented one another, they became the most beautiful people I'd ever seen. Most of our mutual attraction was based in confidence in accepting ourselves and being more focused on others. The relationships that ended fast were the ones where either of us revealed a lack of self acceptance and an abundance of self-consciousness.
They want you to be a rock in that regard, they don't want someone that's insecure and in need of their validation just like you don't want that either. It's a repellant quality.
[–]SlickRazer 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link
I’m not asking for a 10. Maybe a 6/10 girl with a similar build to Lady Gaga as reference. I don’t think that’s too much to ask for. I get what you mean about personality to an extent, but I’ve met plenty girls I thought were nice but didn’t find attractive. So I left it at that, not taking it further. Simply because that’s my instinct, your instinct may kick in for different types, but I think we all have it. Even if some don’t like admitting to it.
[–]Evacipate628 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
The point is you're too focused on a superficial and vain agenda so you are only seeking out those with the same mindset. You reject others for the same reasons you yourself don't want to be rejected.
If you want to be in an adult relationship, it should be about finding someone you're most compatible with, not about how "hot" they are, that's highschool bullshit. Being in an adult relationship is completely different.
Also, looks fade. There are countless females I knew growing up that were ridiculously physically attractive and 10 years later they look completely different and never developed an attractive personality because they got by on their looks for so long. Physical attraction based on appearance is overrated. Find someone that you're attracted to based on who they are and how they make you feel and they will become the most physically attractive person you've ever seen.
[–]SlickRazer 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
I’m just not buying it, that’s all. I can’t just remove the fact I don’t find them appealing. That’s impossible, for me at least.
[–]Evacipate628 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Then you're only going to be dooming yourself to the same loneliness and rejection as those you yourself are rejecting due to your superficiality.
It's like the saying, "you're not stuck in traffic, you are traffic". How you treat and value others as a whole is how they will treat and value you in return, your part of the whole ecosystem.
So it's not that you're skinny, it's that you have immature and unrealistic views and expectations and your unconscious is reflecting that back upon you and you're trying to correct course by focusing on the wrong thing.
Work on learning to look past your perceived flaws of others and your own will vanish. You're missing out on a world of incredible experiences because you are obsessed with one silly aspect of the relationship paradigm.
[–]SlickRazer 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
I don’t think it’s silly at all. I’m valuing something that is in literally every living animal in existence. I don’t understand this way of thinking at all. Is it supposed to magically make me blur their face? Idk at this point. It seems like a ramble.

Sorry you feel that way, bruh, but that's living in a fantasy world. Overcompensating isn't a sustainable solution, it's just running away from reality and asking for doomed relationships.
[–]Canadian-Seductioner 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
I'm also skinny (currently only 150 lb but was around 130 lb for most of my life) and I'm still seeing success. You have to accept that some girls just won't be into you as a result because they want muscular guys, but that's only a small percentage of them (maybe 20% of them). Once you get past that hurdle, you can focus on the girls that don't care about it and find your success.
[–]SlickRazer -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
As long as I’m not losing out on the only 20% I’d date I can accept that. I’m currently 130 lbs btw.
[–]converter-bot 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
130 lbs is 59.02 kg
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
thanks fella
[–]Canadian-Seductioner 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Yeah exactly. Part of being successful with game is understanding that you won't be able to fuck anyone you want. There will be certain factors that will disqualify you from some girls such as height, race, and weight (unless you're rich/famous), but the key is to forget about them and focus on the ones that do find you attractive. And if you can improve your attractiveness, you'll get even more opportunities too.
[–]SlickRazer -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
I guess my next step will be to regularly visit bars again. At least, that’s the only way I know of for meeting girls. Trouble is trying to convince friends to come out. It’s a 40 minute bus trip to the city. I’d never go alone.
[–]Canadian-Seductioner 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I use dating apps to much success. But yeah your game will be highly improved if you move closer to nightgame places
[–]SlickRazer 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Never had any success with dating apps unfortunately. I think I matched with 1 bot then just uninstalled.

Well a forearm pic doesn't tell much. But if that'll make you feel more attractive, eat more and start working out. It is important to feel comfortable in your own skin so you can have confidence. As long as you're not suffering from body dysmorphia. Skinny people do have girlfriends. One of them is my best friend. He believes he looks good though.
You say you're confident but ou probably are not. You think you are unattractive and no matter how hard you try to act confident, our body language will give away what we always think and people can sense it. Whenever I go out, I can see from a mile away what each people think about themselves. You give away everything going inside you.
Also if you struggle to eat I have two words for you:
Liquid Calories
I’m considering ordering a bag of mass gainer for this reason.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Mass Gainers are good at supplementing if you're really struggling. But I'd still steer towards healthy home-made smoothies, they still pack a ton of calories but they contain more micronutrients.

Is that like where you mix milk with peanut butter and oats?
[–]Particular_Visual531 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yes but it can be some bananas or fruit, with some ice cream thrown too. Might as well enjoy it, also add a scoop of protein powder too.

You are following the wrong style model for men, dude.
Keep on reading and tell.me what u thinkB-)
1 my wrist size is pretty much the same as your one. We are called "ectomorphous" somatotipes. Brad Pitt is a "mesomorphous" somatotype
2 we all would like to be like Brad Pitt.
3 I have slipped pants to many girls. Guess who?The ones who would neve lay with Brad Pitt(example, bisexual)
Conclusion: Brad Pitt (& co) do are excellent fuckers as they are the prototype of the alpha male. But...
being an alpha is not so important, since we stopped hunting bears and killing saber teeth tigers.
Advice:
-be athletic, with well pumped muscles WITHOUT AIMING at being Brad Pitt
-Pick up your style.
Wear bangles on your wrist. If you are skinny, avoid clothes that are too large. If you have quite good shoulders, use shirts and not t shirts to emphasize your waist. And so on....
If you wanna know more, just contact me;)
Yes, I’d like to hear some more tips. Thanks.

Start working out you can get so far in 3-6 months good luck king
There’s an easy fix buddy. Start pounding protein and hit the gym.
Do you lift bro?
Haha seriously, start lifting heavy weights and put on some muscle. 30 mins a day with a big old ice cream milk shake with a scoop of protein powder can do wonders. Who doesn't like ice cream? This may help when you aren't a big eater. You need to push muscles to failure, extra protein and enough extra calories to build muscle. It's not too hard. Hope that helps!

So gain weight bro
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
Height and weight?
[–]SlickRazer 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
5’11”
130 lbs
[–]useles-converter-bot 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
130 lbs would need 589.67 human hairs to lift. This is assuming a hair can lift 100 grams, which is usualy but not always the case.

You’re skinny, try to get to at least 150lbs. EAT.
I have the same issue man, I’m not as skinny as you but I’m still thin. It’s hard but we’ve gotta gain weight
Trouble for me is consistency. One day I’m eating a shit load, the next maybe less than normal.
[–]Sweet-Tea-Lemonade 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Eat more coins
[–]dontbanmeagaindudes 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I'm skinny too ( 1,76cm 62kg) because I'm road cyclist that does a lot of climbing and don't have any issues with dating.
I wouldn’t say that’s skinny, maybe slim.
