Yas!!! How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie.
It is not directly a dating book. However, his principles can be applied to dating. It is all about how you can turn your attention to others and authentically win them over, mostly by being a thoughtful, good person.
If you can make people like you, you can certainly win them over in other facets of life.

Me personally. I do not understand why so many people celebrate that book.. Its vague and just basic common sense anyone could get by watching a children's cartoon.
Example .Be interested not interesting.
Example 2. Ask questions
Example 3. Genuinely care about the person and the conversation.
BLah blah..

Word. You are obviously a very sophisticated person, so the book would seem intuitive to you. However, I would venture to say that many of the tips in the book are not inherent to most people. ❤
What is a better suggestion?

Depends on what exactly you're looking for.
A good "entry level" book on cold approach pickup is "Getting Laid In NYC" by Paul Janka. Short, jargon-free, contains pretty much all the basics, and is available online for free.
But if you already did some reading and know some of the jargon, the ebook set called "Complete System" by 60 Years Of Challenge is what I would recommend. It's a lesser known author, but his stuff is brilliant, and the set deals with everything from approaching to relationships.
But that might still not be what you're looking for.

Thanks. I've been watching videos from Dan Bacon, TheSingleGuy, HowToBeast, Mantelligence, Corey Wayne, Aaron Dough(?), Apollonia Ponti

Apollonia Ponti..COULD sooo get it. I mean here face is kind of rough.. but she looks like the type of chick to have a banging body.
Also I typically resist taking dating advice from girls but from whatever reason her advice seems really legit.

Where do you find 60 years of Challenge stuff? The site looks dodgy as hell
[–]Imperator_Pyra 0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
It used to be even scammier looking - I guess this is on purpose, people must respond to this sort of marketing better ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I don't even know if he sells his "Complete System" anymore, he seems to have a product focused on same night lays on his website now, but try looking online for the "Compact Edition".
EDIT: Just looked around on his website, "Same Night Adventures" seems to be the new name for his "Complete System", probably changed the name to something that would sell better, since in reality it's not just about getting laid and there's an entire book on relationships in there.

Search this reddit for "book recommendations" and "recommended books" etc. you will find lots of suggestions.
Also there's this website called datingskillsreview.com that has tons of information about PUA coaches and reviews of their books and video courses.

Most of these books these guys will recommend can be summarized in 2-3 paragraphs. Don't even bother with these self help book full of vague directions and 80% of filler leading up to the big "tip to help". Look for books that dont waste time explaining some random story, but actually give you direction in a practical matter .
The Book of Pook. The only book you need.
