If you want to make good first impressions however, keep your back straight, head up, soft smile (like you just heard a silly joke). That alone should make you appear approachable and friendly. Here's the deal bro. Many people will tell you not to date your coworkers...but here's the truth, many couples actually met at work. So, while its frowned upon and even risky to date your coworkers, its very common and most of the time its ok as long as you are careful and know the risks.

I've worked with mostly women in the past 10 years. I've dated many of them, all times they approached me. I've been sexually harrassed many times also but have never said anything, although it doesn't work the other way around lol. Working with attractive women is great because it makes work a lot more fun.

My suggestion bro is to make em chase you....just be friendly and look as attractive as you possibly can. Just be careful and play it cool.

Be playful, tease then a bit and run push pulls on them. Your gonna see them again so your probably better playing a long game with them. You can get their numbers sooner than later if you want but you don’t want to be the guy who gets rejected at work and then all the girls reject you cuz they don’t want the guy no other girls want.
That being said don’t be afraid to go for something you want either cuz you definitely won’t get the girl that way but since you’ll be seeing them hen regularly you can flirt with them and leave on a high note and pay attention to which ones seem to seek your attention more or come around to your desk and want to hang out with you at lunch or whatever.

Also flirt with every girl at work including the ones you don’t find really sexually attractive. You don’t have to flirt as hard but be playful and include them so you aren’t obviously giving the hot one to much attention and it’s clear as day how interested you are in her.

At the very least even if you didn’t wanna shit where you eat your better off being playful and flirtatious with them as when your as social gatherings if they sorta like you and talk you up to one of their girlfriends it will be like shooting fish in a barrel. Good luck and don’t draw attention from HR. Read the room and don’t try so hard.
