The fact that you’re trying to go out of your way DHV is a sign that you’re not a HVM. Being a HVM isn’t money or possessions, but how you carry yourself on a day to day basis showing your confidence and that you have control over your life.

This is super low value thinking because you’re trying to use things for external validation. But:

-Clean house -Decent kitchen -Clean Bathroom -Fridge doesn’t have to be full but contains good foods and not junk -Tastefully decorated

People here are very criticizing but I think it's as important as your clothes and your hygiene. Your place usually express a lot about your personality, and having at least minimum cleaning, a tidy bedroom and a chill and warm living room is important. Just do not fall in the trap of extravagance or fake hobbies, for example, don't expose a guitar collection if you don't care about playing it.

Clean, neat, organized is you're best bet. I had an ex remark one time that she appreciated that I had a hand towel in the bathroom next to the sink. No 'DHV' items at my place.

My opinion is if you're having a woman over at your place, you're most likely getting laid and 'DHV' items aren't going to convince her anymore to sleep with you.
