I feel like holding frame and being true to yourself is actually a lot simpler and easy in relationships. You know she is what you for who you are (as long as how you acted since the the whole time was consistent with who you are).
you literally just...fucking be yourself, and share that world with her. it requires zero effort on "am I doing the right thing to impress her"
however, with dating, she doesn't know you. she's got other options. even if you mentally know you are the man and she WOULD gave a great time with you, you still have to compete for her attention, since she isn't "locked on" you yet. so your frame tends to deter lot of women - especially if you are honest and DGAF. icks some into play. how you said something slightly the wrong way. this stuff seems to matter so much early on - the same stuff that would not matter when you got her "locked in".
This can make you question if you are to free, too liberal with yourself, your thoughts, your actions. and this can then constrain and stifle you.
of course, the counter to this is that "ok, f that, women will gravitate towards you if the sense your frame" or "you are just filtering for the women that you vibe with"
thoughts? does anyone think holding frame is actually way eaiser in relationships than dating? I think most men actually hold better frame in dating and once they get into a relationship the insecuirities/doubts come out and they are always trying to appease the women / get jealous / etc.
