Situation in specific. I met her at her work. Not a hired gun situation. She flirts with me when I'm in there. I did a good job flirting the first time I met her(surprising for me). She always IOD when her older coworkers are around but not with the younger ones. I think it'd be difficult to get her number discretely without being awkward for her.

Any ideas? I'm at a point where giving her my number and if she calls great if not oh well, makes sense.

Edit. I stopped by the store for some snacks for the card game tonight. I just asked her if we could grab some drinks, she had a bullshit excuse about being busy this week. So I asked for her number. She said she just couldn't, she looked a bit shocked. I replied "fair enough see you" (not my smoothest line) Maybe it's a work policy or that there was a bunch of people around. The odds of me catching her alone were about zero. Either way, I got it done and am proud I was bold. If she's flirty next time I'll slip her my number(if it's a work problem). Anyways, on to the next.
