I have been thinking about how we approach skill development in seduction vs other areas.

Most skills (public speaking, sales, sports) involve deliberate practice before you perform. But in dating, the common advice is just approach more.

I understand why, real interactions are unpredictable, and you need to calibrate in the moment. But I keep making the same conversation mistakes repeatedly. Feels like I am reinforcing bad patterns rather than improving.

So my question if there is value in structured practice for conversation skills or does it make you rehearsed and uncalibrated?

For those who actually improved, did you do any kind of deliberate practice between approaches/dates? What did that practice look like? How do you balance preparation vs staying spontaneous and authentic?

Curious about different perspectives on skill development in this context.
