Interesting. I've been doing a lot of soul searching recently and experiencing growth as an individual. I had a sentiment very similar to this that I put in different words.

I recently got hired in a new job. I viewed my boss and the coworkers around me as having their lives together and knowing all the answers. It took time for me to learn and even feel adequate at the position I was hired for. In the past, I've excelled at what I put my mind towards, but I still felt if put on the spot, I'd crumble or wouldn't be able to answer questions well. The turning point came when I was able to have one-on-one time with my boss and get to know my coworkers a bit more. When I asked them specific questions that I thought they would know about since they had more experience, I found them stumbling to find the answer or flat out saying they didn't know. This did 2 things at that moment. First, it made me realize they weren't these machines that were perfect at what they do. Secondly, it made me realize that not having the answers myself is perfectly acceptable sometimes. I didn't hold a grudge or pass judgement on these coworkers that I cared for. Surely they wouldn't judge me either. All of those thoughts really boosted my confidence to the point that many of those questions I was hesitant to answer were easier than ever. This doesn't relate to women per say, but it does in the sense that you need to build yourself up as an individual, and often times that entails tearing these false perceptions down that you've built up.
