From a fat couch potato to, well, whatever it is that I am now, all the 8 points are so true.

I didn't read the text, but I suppose those 8 rules are superseded by rule no. 1.

And rule no.1, if there is any, is to go out and be vulnerable. Just try stuff. Get rejected, get lucky, get succesful, get whatever. All this talk, top tricks, and top 10 lists mean nothing if you don't go out there and give it your best shot.

It's the only true teacher and I promise you, it will get you where you want to be.
