You should stop worrying about what kind of image you are putting out with your texting and just fucking text whatever, whenever you want, and see what happens.

Trying to play mental gymnastics about the rules and regulations of "text game" is just wasted effort.

Think of something to say, send it, and stop giving a fuck. If she responds well, YAY! If not, learn from it and move on.

Personally, I think the whole "text only to meet up" mentality is for aspies who can only think in black and white terms. "Don't send a constant stream of needy bullshit" = "text only to meet up" in their minds. Nothing wrong with a little text banter before going for the meet up. Texting some random chick "ugg. meet here. no talk." isn't exactly a panty dropper.

Edit: actually, that last line would actually be better than just a bland request to meet, at least it's kind of funny.

I don't do old, but I almost always text the next day and will try to set up a date then. Not immediately, but the same day I first text.

In old you dont usually meet the girl in person before the first date so you never have a chance to build attraction. I would say text game is probably super important here then. The text only to set up a date assumes you've already built attraction.
