No, it isn't ok. Hangout, push for sex. If you get resistance, then ask why she wants to hang out with you and figure out if sex is on the table, then decide from there.

I literally just went through the same situation. What I had come to was the decision that If I couldn't make her want me by the end of the first time we'd hung out since we were previously fw/b, I would just not hang out with her again. I just treated her like any other woman I wanted to make attracted to me and when I went to hug her goodbye, she tried to eat my face. Don't overthink it, it's just like any other PUA situation.

Definitely don't say that. Just make sure you're flirty with her when you're making your plans to "hang out". Turn it into a little date, and make sure she knows that's what it is. Don't let her decide where you're going, surprise her with ice-cream or something fun the two of you can do in a quiet, semi-isolated environment. Make sure there's lots of kino and playful banter, neg/tease her about not hanging out with you or whatever else works.

Afterwards, bring her back to your place to 'watch a movie' and keep escalating from there. Talk about sex to get it into her mind if you can, but keep up the heavy kino and get her horny. Once she's revved up it'll be very hard for her to resist.
