This is my first real field report so bare with me if it's not too great.

It was a coworkers birthday and he invited people out to celebrate at a club. I get there, stand in line waiting for the doors to open and just bullshit with coworkers. Doors open, I get a drink and scope the place out. All I see is a sea of penis and like 4 girls that I consider attractive. The rest were all with their boyfriends. I drink, talk to coworkers more and go outside for some air. I decide I want a cigarette and while smoking I strike up a conversation with 2 girls and their gay friend. We just talk about basic stuff.

I head back inside after they do and start dancing with my coworkers. I see those girls and dance with both of them. The first one was a HB7 I think. She was really tall lol. So we're dancing and I hear the funniest shit "I charge 40 dollars for a lapdance." I have no idea if that was supposed to be a joke or if she was serious. I just said "Oh I only have a dollar, what would that get me?" She says "Nothing, I'm worth more than that" and stops dancing with me. Whatever.

I see her friend, another HB7. Really cute, wearing a really short dress. I see her look at me, give her a look, and she pulls her hand out to dance with me. We're grinding, she lets me taste her drink. After a few minutes of dancing, she leaves and says she'll be right back, doesn't come back. I wasn't all that upset, like I used to be. I probably could have went for a makeout at some point dancing with her now that I think about it, but it's whatever. My coworkers at the party saw me and just congratulated me for dancing with the hot girl.

I go outside and see two guys. They're heading out because the party is just a bunch of dudes and going to a bar. I head out with them. We're getting to know each other and get to the bar. I loved it. It was a completely different environment and me, being all warmed up and drunk, don't give a fuck. I see a HB7 look at me, as does the guy I'm hanging out with, and he encourages me to approach. I go for it, ask her to dance. She gives me some bullshit about "I'm dancing with my friends right now, they have no one to dance with." I tell the guys I'm with to ask her friends to dance, it takes a while but they do. I really have no idea what happened but I didn't dance with HB7 for whatever reason.

After this bar we head to another spot. Better vibe. As we're walking around scoping the place I see a HB8 walk in my direction and look at me, I smile and say "Hi." Turns out she was leaving. I was pretty disappointed haha. So we get to the back bar and my god was the bartender a bitch. I just ask her if there are any single girls and she starts showing me attitude, asking me if I was going to buy a drink or hit on girls. I'm just trying to make conversation and get an attitude instead, jeez. The guys and I move to another part of the bar and I see a girl. I say hi and try to have a conversation. She isn't having it, not giving me too much to work with. I say fuck it and switch to direct and just tell her "You're cute." She thanks me, says she has a boyfriend. I don't care. I tell her I'm just looking for friends. Her friend comes in at this point, some guy, and drags her away after she says bye. Oh well.

I go outside, and find two girls smoking. Try to bum a cig from them, nope. The bouncer gets a drag though, what the fuck?! The conversation got stale so I just leave and head home at this point.

Last night, even though I got nothing was fun. I realized how big pussies a bunch of guys are with it comes to approaching women. I still have a bunch of shit to work on, such as how to lead a conversation to a number close or makeout. I think I should just see how direct game works for me so I may just try that more once I go out again.
