I sympathize with your problem. I've spent a lot of time in hippie type communities and there are always cute girls who are very friendly and touchy and it's very hard to know if they are in to you or if it's just the hippie vibe. I wouldn't assume any touching are IOIs (if she is that type). It seems like she's sending you mixed messages, so you should definitely go for it but don't have too much emotionally invested in the outcome. If I were you I'd ask her if she wants to grab a coffee (or whatever) after class. If she says yes and you guys hit it off even a little I'd step it up and ask her out for a drink.

Hmmm yea I've thought about it, but like I said, 'I can't find' (duno how) to create an opportunity where I can isolate and ask her out, shes always surrounded by a bunch of people guys and girls. I also don't want to make it awkward if she was never interested because I go for yoga at that studio regularly.

The truth is it doesn't matter. Its great to notice iois but im going to try to pull a girl regardless of if she gives me iois or not. I only count iois to know when I have a good chance at kissing her.
Go on an instant date with her. After yoga invite her to do something on the spot. Say your going to get a healthy drink from wherever and she should tag along. Preferably somewhere in walking distance.
Then invite her to do something you are going to regardless of if she comes or not. Dont make it seem like a date, more like hanging out. Me and dome friends are going to so and do this Friday, you should invite some of your friends and we should all go hangout.

She doesn't like you in a romantic way. She does think you're nice and polite, that's about it.
In my opinion you blew it already, just forget her. If you really like her do this:
a) don't think about her
b) try to meet other girls
c) next time you see her make her laugh but don't try too hard
d)" what are you doing later, my roomie is playing a rock show come with. or let's grab a drink later. or let's catch a movie later, etc." Super chill casual vibe. If she says no or maybe or anything in between forget her and say no worries hun, I'll see you around. In general I'd say a yoga class is a terrible place to meet women, I'd just forget her.

Yea this is most likely. Thanks.

Just be upfront. Most girls have no idea you want them if you're just existing in their daily lives. If rejected, that's your yoga class man.
So I just indirectly invited her like the other commenters said, the said she was too busy with school, didn't seem disappointed nor proposed alternative. Next.

Indicators of interest.
But to the OP's point, you wont know for sure until you do in fact, ask her out. So do it.

If she was never interested, I don't want to make it awkward between us by asking her out because I frequent the yoga studio.

Than sort of do it bit more indirectly. Tell her that youre gonna be @ so and so on this particular day and if she's not doing anything, for her to join you. This greatly lowers the pressure on you and her because if she declines, than it wouldn't be awkward because you were going anyways so you were just inviting her to your fun. If she agrees, than you can treat it like a date and make a move. But if she declines, than that lets you know she's probably not interested.

Thats a great idea, Thank you. I will do that. I guess if she says shes busy, doesn't offer alternatives or reach other for something else, shes not interested right??

Most likely.
