Number one rule of stripper game: Do not buy yourself a dance. As soon as you do that, the stripper sees you as a customer and not a dude. By wanting to chat and not get your dick hard from a dance, you're setting yourself aside from the 99% of other dudes who hae no idea what they're doing. If you must get a dance, get a friend to "buy" it for you.

After that, tell her straight up "I don't want a dance, I just want to talk". Most strippers will oblige as they still got their money.

Engage standard direct game. Strippers are great as they are usually such free spirits and are very open to deep conversations. Talk about her passions, what she wants to do when she's older, all that good sh*t.

At the end of 'your time', tell her it was great to talk and ask her what she's doing later. A lot of them will be very open for drinks late at night at your house after work (strippers are game as f*ck for most things, especially late night chat). Anyway get the digits and tell her you'll call her when she's done work.

That's a simple structure to get you in there at least.

Outside of working hours, they are usually fair game.
Managers only care that your spending money, and not hogging all a girl's time / causing her not to earn.

Tips, don't spend money on dances, spend it on drinks. Keeps the owner happy, and sets you a little apart. Don't spend all your time drooling, better to be there to enjoy time with your friends than to be random guy #37 that same hour that is staring at her ass.

Talk to her like any other girl, but don't expect her to spend any time on you if it's an earning night (busy nights can be 10x the cash as slow nights for her).
