Gaming with Roommates?

Ok. I've had a flatmate (separate bedrooms in the same apartment) for the past 3 years straight, and it has never been an issue with pulling girls home and making them feel comfortable. Here are the steps I've followed over the years:

Design and implement a routine/set of rules which everyone has to adhere to. This is key to all the other steps, and you have to follow the rules yourself too, or else it just falls apart. I'll outline the rules I set with respect to girls and visitors, because they'll be most relevant, but you should generally have a clean, fresh-smelling place at most times.
Flatmates must be notified when expecting a visitor(s). This is so that they're not walking around the place in briefs as you and your date enter the apartment. This also has various other obvious benefits, such as allowing your roomates to account for it into their plans in case they were intending to have a party or something, and you guys get to work it out and discuss it. Surprises, as a rule of thumb, is a no-no.
When you know someone else has someone over, avoid disturbing them in any way. If you have to do it, knock, and wait until someone comes to the door. Mishearing "coming" for "come in" is unnecessary and just plain stupid. Be patient and understanding. If you don't get a response, try again in the morning. Don't fuck up your friend's night because you had to use his stapler.
With that said, do your best to ask permission before using your roommate's stuff (whether it be food or condoms). It's highly frustrating to have planned out some ice-cream and a movie with your girl, only to find the fridge has been raided by trolls. Sure, it doesn't mean the night's over, but it will only help you when things go as planned.
Keep the bathroom and toilet clean. Girls pay a huge amount of attention to the cleanliness of these rooms. If it's sparkling, they'll feel more comfortable with getting naughty with you. They'll respect you far more than they would, had they been welcomed by an odiferous bathroom when they had gone to powder their face.
Have an agreed upon acceptable noise level (and if needed, curfew), and follow it as religiously as possible. Your roommate banging out some LOUD metal rock in the room beside you, while you're trying to get sexy with her, could kill the (her) mood.
To wrap it up, have an open-ended rule, which constitutes that all of you have equal power in the apartment, and you shouldn't do something that you think would disturb you if your roommate did it. (Do unto others as bla bla). If this isn't the case, and you have less "power" than the others, then you'll just have to make do. Still inform your roommates when you plan to have someone over, and hope that they're decent enough people not to cockblock you out of a night of fun.

As long as you have your own bedroom you should be ok... I have a friend who rents a tiny room from a small apartment occupied by two FAMILIES and he crushes it.

Actually it's better, because you can pull them to a safe spot like a common area couch, and then the roommate could "want to use it and we need to move to my room" ;)

Keep the lines of communication with your roommate open. Let him/her know ahead of time if you plan on coming back with a partner so he/she can give you some privacy. Also, don't feel embarrassed and/or uncomfortable with having a roommate. Often times, it's your underlying discomfort that rubs off on the girl. Most girls don't care if you have a roommate if you just are confident with your own situation.
