I would consider joining clubs and stuff like that. Walking around by yourself in nightclubs sounds awful to me personally.

Upgrade your social skills first. Dont even think about getting girls or “pulling” learn how to have an engaging conversation and make friends. Literally find whatever you like or want to do and go to events and make friends with people in that community or activity. Just engage with people and have conversations. Knowing how to have a fun and engaging conversation is way more valuable than money or status, trust me. Once you learn that game will be much easier to learn. Unfortunately you have to work your way up but don’t give up, it’s called social skills for a reason. You have to level it up first then talking to girls will be much easier

Same way you achieve anything difficult. You learn as much as you can and practice it often.

Get comfortable talking to strangers - everyone. Compliment a guy on his shirt or hat or something at the grocery store. Make small talk with the kid in the checkout line. Simply asking your server at a restaurant how their day is going, then asking, "no how's it really going" when they give you the standard canned answer is easy. Once you're able to engage with people and feel comfortable while generating actual conversation and learning the queues when they're not feeling it and how to exit before then, move onto flirting.

Flirt with all women. Not the one's your attracted to - all of them. Use your general engagement skills and be fun and flirty with every woman you come across. Zero expectations, just make that part of your social strategy and incorporate it in your daily existence. No goals other than to get comfortable and learn to read people even better.

Once walking up to strangers, starting conversations, and flirting with women becomes easy and you're consistently able to get good reactions - tell a woman who's engaging with your flirting positively that you're going to take her out. Don't ask, just tell her. "I'm going to take you out sometime, give me your number." 60% of the time, it works every time.

Don’t know what you do for a paycheck — or how big that paycheck is — but you NEED to dress like you make big money. Dress like a 30-year-old (or older), not a 19 year old baby-faced college kid.

Your smaller stature and baby face appearance are, unfortunately, 2 negatives; but those can be counterbalanced by wardrobe change.
