Thursdays are one of the biggest party days once you get to college. Oftentimes Thursdays were bigger than Fridays (and I went to a huge party school).

Some of it is going to bars and clubs but you can meet women anywhere during the day.

Try malls, coffee shops, bookstores, parks, public transportation, supermarkets, college campuses, and anywhere people are doing their daily errands.

You've gotten a lot of good answers here, but here's what I've found works for me.

While getting in as much practice as possible is a great idea, you don't want to overdo it for two reasons:

You'll fuck up your sleep schedule and be tired during the day
You need one or two days designated for dates/hangouts

To expand on my second point, when you start getting better you'll be getting at least one number a night. My buddy and I don't go out on Sundays or Mondays, and leave those two days (lowest value) for setting up multiple dates. Paul Janka is great if you want to learn more about double and triple booking.

if you live in a big city and are 21 there are hundreds of bars within 20 mins of your house.

Realistically, if you want to be good at game, you should be going out every day. THOUGH going out to game should mean doing day game for atleast 30+ minutes every day, and night game for 2+ hours atleast once a week. Your interactions in the day will tend to be less methodical, and more genuine than at night, but it's easier to have sex during night game.
