I'm wondering, what would happen if I went out with a beta dude, some guy who I know is basically unaware of game (arranged marriage divorced guy, lets girls sleep on his couch and doesn't even try to kiss them).

Dude don't let your friend kill your self-esteem. Your problem isn't that you are going out with an "alpha" dude, the problem is that your friend is a shithead. Also, you are probably losing self confidence when he enters the conversation so you withdraw and kind of "let" him take her. If you're engaging with a girl and you guys are both having fun, she is not going to just leave with another dude just because he's hotter.

It sounds like your friend is using you so now your solution is to turn around use another guy. Don't do that.

3 things you could do.

1) talk to said friend and tell him to stop being a douche. To let you have a turn. Either that or you stop picking up with him.

2) find someone who matches up to you in terms of physical looks. That way the competition between you two is purely on what comes out of your mouth which seems that you have the upper hand.

3) find the beta cuck and you're talking about but the risk is that maybe you open but the girls stay because of the attractive guy?

Up to you. I say do everything in that order. Anyway, happy hunting or whatever.

Oh and your "friend" that you go with. If he actually is a friend he would understand where you come from and would beta for one pick up so that his friend can get laid.

Maybe your friend is watching you talking to the same girl all night without any real IOI's (from his point of view) and thinks, since you aren't going to close it, it becomes his turn. If you've been with a set more than 20 minutes (generously) and still haven't built enough attraction to give you a sizable advantage over your newcomer friend, ditch the set and move on. At that point, it's fair game.

The most important part of this is to talk to your friend. Tell him what you are experiencing from your point of view and why it is frustrating. If he is a good friend, he will be more than happy to both give you some more time and space as well as share with you some advice and tips on what he does that works so well. If he doesn't give you either of those courtesies, he's a dick, so stop hanging out with him.

Hanging out with beta cucks won't make you an alpha. It will just turn you into more of a beta. That approach is something that girls with low self esteem do, and it essentially makes their self esteem lower.

As far as the girls, maybe tell your friend to stop doing that horseshit. Tell him to pick up his own girls and stop leeching off of your footwork.

I think this situation is a good time for you to learn how to be better. I'm sure it sucks your friend is kinda stealing these girls, but to be fair it just means you have more potential to grow 10x better. Sure, it'd be nice for him to throw some girls your way but his game sucks too much to "pass the ball". He's the ballhog of game, you're the point guard and point guards always gotta give up some open shots for the team to score. In the end, when it's clutch time, it's you with the superior ball handles and shots that will win the game.

I think hanging out with dudes with less game than you is honorable. But only if you're doing it as a way to give advice, give back, give value, and desire to see others succeed. (cause we've been there before)

However you do need to surround yourself with more wings, learn from them, and have fun. Put yourself in your current wings' shoes, he's getting open layups (I'll stop with the bball puns) and is just a happy little boy. You'd probably be the same if you were him, but his lack of opening and his dependence on his looks will only get him so far. You have no limit.

I had a friend that was sort of similar, he would never open and only came into my sets, said some asinine shit and burned the set. The way to make him stop was to literally go in yourself and if he came in you said, "No, leave." not aggressively, but with confidence.

He will most likely back down. He is kind of a shitty friend, but he can be used to develop your abilities.
