I think it's worse due to how entitled they have become and poor social skills. Depends on where you live - but I think girls are even more socially behind than ever

I was married for a few years and so obviously there was no approaching then. The first year of going through the divorce I wasn't in a dating mindset at all as I was so worn down and my ex was dragging proceedings through the mud just to see me suffer. I needed time to regroup.

But I got myself back out there. It took a little acclimation to figure out what and who I want. I quickly figured out that I no longer gel with or really care to be around the college aged types anymore. I now also value a more functioning woman with more life experience than school and partying.

Things like financial security, emotional maturity and setting/chasing goals are important. I like a woman with drive who has interests and passions outside of the relationship, her own friend circle, etc. It can get very toxic, very quickly when you isolate yourself with your partner without either of you venturing out much beyond your own bubble.

So now I try to find multiple qualities I like about a woman beyond looks. Sex is cool, but it's not a top priority anymore. Most time spent with each will not be having sex. You need a good teammate and someone who can lift you up, ground you in reality at times and so forth while still respecting you, your boundaries and the relationship is always progressing.

I've found a woman now close to my age who was actually introduced through a friend. But I do like to approach when I'm single. Random chit chat with people is obviously great, just not for dating if you're already dating someone. It's important to talk to a wide variety of people regardless if you're single, dating or married.

Only if you have a fancy job and make a lot of money. So no. I approach and ask women out all the time and I'm 38m. Two instances are brought to mind both of which essentially started asking me interview questions about my life and job. They both proceeded to laugh in my face and one called me a disappointment to all women everywhere while the other just laughed and walked away. Keep in mind, I am not a loser, not short, I'm in great shape, stable, employed, home owner with no roommates and has done all the healing and therapy. Attractive women of value only respond to 1 thing and 1 thing only. Money. My advice, for the young men. Focus of making money instead of dating and getting laid. Once you make a minimum of 100k, start worrying about health and fitness but by then it won't matter. Women will date down for money.

6 yrs later I still have AA however I've dated tons of beautiful women that I would never had the opportunity too if it weren't for game
