I’m a 25 M and I always have a terrible time approaching a female. I’m attractive, successful, take good care of myself, and have a pretty good physique. I usually make eye contact with a girl and I can see there is mutual attraction but I never make the leap to go talk to her.

For example there is a girl that works at the gym I go to and we always greet each other on my way in and out and she usually works out after her shifts which gives me the opportunity to approach her and spark a conversation but I never do. This is a repeating theme as scenarios like this also occur when I’m at the bar. Any tips and recommendations will be appreciated.
