I (25M) have a drone that I fly, and am learning how to use as an effective tool for photography. I also happen to live within walking distance to a large park with a lake and an art museum nearby. I decided to take my drone and put it into my large leather backpack, and walk 20 minutes to this park. Along the way I make an effort to say "hello" to as many people or groups as possible

I'm staged at the park, and maybe 20-25 people pass in the 45 minutes I was there. One girl was walking a dog by herself, and she looked cute, but I was too nervous to say anything. This was a dishonest mistake on my part, as I should have at least said hi.

As I have said in previous posts, I am 5'10", 145, and am insecure about how skinny I am. I recognize that I need to eat more and go to the gym, but before I can put on serious muscle, cold approaching feels like a twig talking to a girl when she can talk to a full grown tree.

Regardless, having the drone out is an interesting conversation piece, which I knew it would be. Almost as if you have a dog. Still, the only people to actually "engage" with me on the drone were an older couple who walked by and asked what I had. And I engaged in a short conversation with them about it.
