Hey everyone,

I've had plenty of ups and downs in my life, as does everyone. In 2015 I decided being 250 lbs was too much and now I've completely turned my life around in the span of a decade as far as financially, physically, emotionally (at least in a better position now had I done nothing). I lost 100lbs and got an accounting degree with a forensic specialty. I wanted to attract women of a higher caliber.

I have never expected anything to just fall in my lap because of this as I know alot of this is just luck. I will be honest though, it is tough to continously put myself out there and think that I'm vibing with a girl to find out she already has someone. I will meet this guy later out and he would be quiet, timid, no prospects, nothing funny or interesting to say. I know women look at this stuff differently, I'll try to rationalize in my head that maybe he's cool, just shy which I understand, or she's afraid and will pick the devil she knows, but this still gets me down. It's made me realize that no attractive woman is truly single.

I should be proud of what I've done; what I've overcome, but I can't be. I am 33, never the guy they choose and I just feel like my time is running out.

I also just realized that I'm venting, lol. Apologies. I guess my real question is how can I prove to myself that I can attract what I want when it never happens?
