The moment has passed, so a comeback now would be pointless.

It’s all about playfully teasing each other. Couples do that when they’re into one another. That sounds like a light playful tease and not a true shit test.

Mirror her teasing next time. Just have fun and show you can take a joke, but give it back as well in playful way.

Personally, i love deadpan/dry humor so id respond to this with something like, “Good, youve made the right choice. Older guys r gross. Low droopy balls, senile, and the msyogny. God i HATE women”. And then i glare at her jokingly.

Stuff like this almost always gets a huge laugh and passes the shit test

It’s called a shit test…classic. It’s how they test us and gauge our reaction to see if we’re strong enough. This one was pretty tame.

One strategy to pass this and initiate banter/flirting:

Take her insult and exaggerate to an absurd level, while talking in a sarcastic playful tone.

Example Response: "It's a gift and a curse. Getting bit by a bat, being alive for thousands of years, seducing hundreds of young maidens. I do what I can though."

Study Will Farrell's "Anchorman" character for this. Repeat his lines and mannerisms to get the hang of this.
