The vast majority of women I have talked to about this think it's stupid. Not the thought, but the fact that a guy thinks he has to verbally ask to do something because she is incapable of saying no without being given an opportunity.

I know there are some women that think it's sweet, but there really aren't that many that I have been able to find.

Just go in for the kiss, but don't shock her with it. Take it slow and it will be very clear to her that you are about to kiss her. Then she can reciprocate or do the old head dodge move. Sometimes you can even stop just short and she will lean in to actually start the kiss.

Women are the masters of body language. Learn to work with that.

How to kiss. Move in slightly close to her. Compliment a physical feature. Wait for her response. Then, lean over and kiss

If shes not for it, she'll evade. Followed by, a reasoned lecture

Or. When theres a pause of silence. A break in conversation. Ran out of stuff to say. Lean over and kiss

Pauses in conversation are good. Its not a negative thing. Its a chill comfort positive vibe

Best advice regarding the kiss. But when it comes to sex… the easiest way is to ask, ”Is this okay”, usually only for the first time and if you ever get the chance to do it somewhere risqué. After that, just pay attention to her facial expressions.

I had an ex that refused to sleep with me while I was intoxicated for the first year of relationship and even after that it was only on a few rare occasions. I used to get so frustrated, but it was one of the reasons sober me was attracted to him. He showed so much respect for me, even to the point bending down to tie my shoe laces in front of his friends! (I was in a khaki skirt).
