I'm 26, posted here a couple times already about ending my dependence on apps. I've gotten advice on cold approach and the like, and I've considered trying it out but I worry about some of it being unsuited to my nature, if that makes any sense. All my life I've been introverted and more reserved, and I think that I would find real life game to be draining. Furthermore I've been told to try bars and the like, but usually I prefer to chill by myself in the evenings so I'd really have to force myself to go out and do anything. In addition I get the impression that approaching women in public is something that the majority of the population finds socially unacceptable. Even if I disregard this, it means that few women would be receptive to me trying to talk to them or get their number. More than I few times I've seen people say in different posts that cold approach is dead or doesn't work anymore, that increasingly people are being conditioned to rely on apps to meet anyone.

Based on these, how should you do real life game as an introverted guy who usually prefers to keep to himself? Are there alternatives to the usual methods that work well for these types? I heard someone on youtube talk mention something called "minimalist game", does such a thing exist? How can you make real life game work as an introvert?
