I would just say that, exactly like you typed it. Sounds like a pretty smooth line. I would imagine she pulls you into a janitors closet and fucks you right on the spot after telling her she seems like a slut so you want to bang her.

Seriously dude I don't even know where to start if you think there is a proper way to say the sentence you typed. A lot of us THINK the same thing when we see a chick or just meet a chick but we don't say shit like that. The proper way to go about it would be "you seem like a fun person to hang out with, want to hit a happy hour this week?" or something along those lines.
