The first step is to find the right words. Take escalate for example ;)

The second step is to flirt openly, expressing your interest basically. Many guys will keep their interest restrained while waiting for the woman to express interest (think IOI) first. They're hedging against rejection. This is a weak opening position to take because it frames the interaction as approval seeking. She should be seeking your approval not the other way around.

Through person is sooo much better than texting. Lots of guys are only brave enough to flirt by text, where they don't have to face a girl in person, so pretty girls get plenty of "creepy" guys messaging her all the time. You won't fit into that category exactly if you've been messaging her all the time, but I recommend meeting her in person and then using Dicarlo's escalation ladder.

Generally, it's better to use text for scheduling and organizing hangouts, I've never gotten a text from someone I'm not already dating and thought "wow these words make me so hot for him." Seduction is best in the physical world, but that's just my personal opinion. Still strive to be engaging and interesting when you ARE texting her.

There are several paths:

1) Pure physical escalation: increasing touching, then makeout, bounce to sex location, then sex. Each little increase has to be timed carefully and is contingent upon her accepting the previous one.

2) Pure eye contact escalation while talking about something normal, then makeout, bounce to sex location, then sex.

3) Verbal seduction (sensual and/or sexual topic, or NLP if you're into that), coupled with eye contact, then makeout, bounce, sex.

*the makeout can be after the bounce, if you want to use your room to help escalate (massage, etc)

I avoid sex conversation through texting unless she starts it. Girls are so used to creepy guys texting them dirty fuck stuff right out of the gate that they automatically shut you out if you try that. I actually had one girl tell me outright she liked me because I didn't talk sex at all and she found most guys sexually crude when texting. Remember you're trying to build familiarity and trust, if you want fuck talk, call up a sex party line.
