I'm not even trying to play it cool, I just take a while to warm to people sexually (which is apparently uncommon among guys) and have a lowered sex drive at the moment bc of some medication I'm taking and I've recently done a fair amount of what pop culture might call 'soul searching' and have genuinely shifted the way I view people and assess their value, so I'm not as intimidated by beauty - however if someone comes across as boring/vain/egotistical etc I'll lose a lot of attraction and possibly call them out for it. That's not to say that looks aren't worth anything, they're still a key ingredient but I'm able to treat highly attractive women like regular people nowadays after being revering them for too many years.

I've found that some take well to this treatment because I presume they're used they're used to being fawned over, whilst others seem to conclude that I'm not interested because I'm not wagging my tail and drooling.

I recently had a girl tell me she enjoyed hanging out but assumed I wasn't that interested because I didn't try to fuck her.

I'll have to force myself to be a bit more sexually forward from now on but how can I make sure I'm not going overboard? What's the right balance?
