In all seriousness, women prioritize having options even while in a relationship, even the women that won't cheat will always have the next guy lined up before the breakup.

You’re probably really bad at reading choosing signals (most men are terrible at it). Women generally speaking are nice, friendly, empathetic people. Especially in work environments. Everyone wants to get along with coworkers because it makes the job way better. Just because she looks at you sometimes or smiles at you or starts conversations with you or jokes around with you means absolutely nothing at all
