I'm out of a 5 year relationship as of 2 months ago, and I'm finding I'm having a really hard time bouncing back.

Approaches seem difficult, dating seems completely exhausting, confidence is shot and even hookups seem like too much work. I actually did rebound a few times but didn't particularly enjoy it much.

I get torn between meeting girls when I'm in the moment, and then once we start kicking it off, regretting it. It's a very weird feeling of wanting to date/hookup again and not being bothered in the slightest bit. I have girls who want to meetup, but I just don't feel like putting any effort in whatsoever.

How long did it take you, and how do I go back to my old single self? I'm trying to do things I enjoy and things for myself, but I often feel lonely (even with friends), but then at the same time also often want to be alone.

Tldr: out of 5 year relationship, having a really hard time getting my dating life back on track.
