If you're asking me to get platform shoes I'm going to have to say no. Just say something you find funny that might make her laugh too. Not sure if it's used anymore but a lot of times when girls said this you point at a dude that matches her description and say you'll introduce her and fake about dragging her over there. I haven't had a girl go "yeah introduce me to him." I also don't pick a guy that is very attractive that matches her description.
