I feel I base a lot of my worth on how attractive I am to women. A year back, I had a failed date with a girl from a CC class. At the end of it all, she said I was attractive and the timing was bad. I met another girl at a festival later on who ended up ghosting me. This hurt bad because she would tell me how hot I was very frequently.

I just would like to know how to always see yourself as a good-looking guy. Every time I get rejected (which is normally a lot), I start thinking, “maybe I’m too ugly for these types of girls.” Any tips on building esteem from ashes?
