Hello, I’m 25M

I approached a lady earlier, and she took her headphone and asked me if I need to know directions, I jokingly said no but I want directions to your heart, she giggled and asked me where am I from. And out of nowhere a drunk cockblock guy appeared trying to get me out. But I believe I handled it well, the lady waited and even told the guy to leave when the guy asked her if she knows me. So she clearly was interested.

We moved from the situation and I was having a small chat with her saying where I’m from, she told me where she is, I said I never met people from there so you’re a first. She said there’s a lot of people here from her country. I asked her when did she came her, she said one year then said she had to leave. I asked for her number she refused and left.

So what I gathered is that my “talking” turned her off, so what could I have done better. And how do I improve my game sense in general!
