Every girl is different, you have to feel it out.

I've had girls where not contacting them was just fine, and I could tell because they were very matter-of-fact and were busy themselves.

Then, on the other hand, some girls are more air headed and flakey, and you have to text them once in awhile so that they don't get distracted by someone else or by some other event to attend. With these ones I usually try and text in a way to keep up the attraction established upon meeting; something funny or a question/insight/reference to something we had discussed.

Reverse the situation.

Let's say you meet this girl who is off the charts hot, super-model quality. She's smart, funny, and has told you that you should go on a date because she just loves guys like you.

How often would she have to text you for you to be ready to schedule that date when she calls in a week? What are ways she would need to keep up attraction?

I know guys that are fantasizing about a girl MONTHS ago. Additionally, I've had girls fb stalking me or texting after months...

I need help on this too. I've met a girl and she seems really interested in me. Unfortunately she is spending the next month as an au pair in London. We have been exchanging a few texts/snaps and have agreed on meeting when she arrives home. She is nothing like all the other girls who I just hump & dump, she can be potential gf material. I fucking need to keep attraction!

If you're initial first impression was not good, I doubt she'd be interested in going out with you. There must have be something about you that attracted her to you.

If you want to keep a constant interaction with her so that she doesn't forget you, you can text her, but don't text her too much. Text her something witty. Text her something interesting that happened to you that day. Text her something that you find funny. Text her asking for advice on what kind of bedsheets to buy. But for the love of God, don't text her anything boring like "How are you?". A lot of people tend to ignore boring text messages. Also don't use too many emoticons. Emoticons are generally a girly thing. Use it sparingly to convey something special.

I rely on the initial encounter. You can build comfort by sending a few texts but make sure you don't send too many texts because you won't know it but you might surely fuck it up. Common knowledge but guys seem to forget a lot.

In my experience, random texting throughout the week doesn't really build attraction.

If I can't see a girl for a week or two after getting her number, I'll almost always call her up and flirt with her about random shit and attempt to schedule a date at the end of a quick conversation.
