How to "make your interest known"?

There's a few different ways that intent can be shown. Words, actions, and body language. Words are, in my opinion, the best way for beginners to show intent.

"Hi my name is X and I'm here to flirt with you." That's expressing your intent, you want to flirt with her. You can stay along the lines of light flirty conversation from there, or you could escalate through words like "What would you do if I kissed you right now?"

Actions are the best way to express intent, but they aren't necessarily for beginners. Arms around the shoulders. Pulling a girl closer. Kissing. Sex. These are all actions. Some of these are making intent known, and some of these are the actual intent itself. A kiss can easily lead to sex.

Body Language is kind of a different ballgame, and it's kind of hard to actually get it to work for you. If you can get it to work for you, you'll start killing everything around you though. The way you stand, your tone, your facial expressions, your hand motions. You can express all of these in different manners. I tend to keep my vibes positive. I stand tall and I have a calming tone. My intent is to make the girl comfortable so I can escalate quickly.

Making your interest known is simply making your interest known. It's trying to achieve what you actually want to do. Hope that was helpful.

Eye contact IMO is one of the most important ways. Look her dead in the eyes and it'll be pretty obvious from your sub communication why you're talking to her

Compliments about looks.

Recently told a girl her new glasses made her look good. Worked well.

...That actually sounds lame but my exact words were "Damn, those glasses make you look really good."

1) Insinuate things in her mind, plant little seeds that make her think you're interested, but not for sure; e.g.

I told a girl I work with that's mad cute, "You're mad cool to work with", the next day she was noticeably flirting with me.

When a girl mentions going somewhere with me, I'll tease her, like "Woah, now you're asking me on a date?", usually evolves into me actually proposing one in the near future.

2) Admire her beauty like a nice painting; e.g.

Make calm, objective statements about her beauty, and why it appeals to you; like "Love you hair, it's so long and flowing, looks fantastic", not one where you're like "WOW THAT HAIR'S BANGIN', YO; F'REAL F'REAL WOULD FUCK THE SHIT OUT OF YOU GURL" ;)

I give myself 24 hours within meeting a girl to make my intentions known. I usually just use the phrase "listen, I like being direct, it sorts out the bullshit in life. I find you attractive, and I'd like to take you out to dinner if you're interested" or something among those lines. If she says yes, perfect. If she says no, I simply say 'fair enough, it was worth a shot' and don't really change much how I treat her. It doesn't have to be super suave or perfectly rehearsed, I just find that upfront honesty is a great way to eliminate miscommunication. Last time I was at a house party, a girl I asked out came back to me later in the night asking if that offer still was on the table. I used that as an angle to start flirting and teasing her about being indecisive.

what do you do to transition from just talking about whatever bullshit every time you see a girl to "making your interest known".

Kino. See yourself to the Sidebar. Kino is the main way you make it known that you're a man who is interested in a girl. Eye contact is good, at first. Good conversation is good, too. But eventually, you HAVE to be able to get into her space and feel comfortable casually touching a girl.
